I build the ways in. Important work usually has a hard core and no front door, so the people who could help never start. I make the front door: I get the right people in a room, make a scene legible, and turn curiosity into a first real step.

I care about the problems that matter becoming broad causes instead of small expert clubs. Right now that's AI safety. I think it should grow the way climate did, which takes researchers but also governance, policy, communication, and a public that understands the stakes. I build the on-ramp for that in Paris, in French and English. That's Nouvelle Machine.
